Lauren? Well she conveniently had a public account on social media. I typed in the location I was staying in and found a photo she had posted of a beach. I lurked, lurked some more. Found she had a Nick and decided to "slide in her Dm's".
The most badass, naturally pretty yoga teacher. So obviously I wrote them an email. Only to find out that Kris is even cooler in person, and is just the sweetest human. The two together is pure happiness mixed with a dose of goofy. I love it.

But for Lauren, this story is relevant because she met Chip at a Halloween party... where Chip was dressed up as Waldo.
I met Samantha back in high school, in the glory days of late night drives to 7-11, house parties... and oh yeah drifting in school parking lots. (sorry mom). Anyways, years go by we attend different schools and we drift apart.
Well I am no kid photographer, family photographer or into any kind of photography involving children! However when you get a couple who've already brought a bundle of joy into the world, you make sure he steals the show at the engagement session.
The moment I sat down with Jennifer + Barrett, I knew we were going to be a great fit. They even jokingly asked if they were pretty enough to be a couple of mine. Turns out they fit the criteria, and I got to photograph their goofy selfs plus their sweet sweet Pup.
